Jubiläumsfeier

On December 11, 1989, the founding assembly of Filmhaus Frankfurt met for the first time. To celebrate our 30th anniversary, the City of Frankfurt honored us with a reception in their Kaisersaal (historic room in Frankfurt city hall). Speakers were Dr. Ina Hartwig (Deputy Mayor in charge of Culture and Science), Ralph Förg (former Managing Director of Filmhaus Frankfurt), Rolf Silber (director and author) and Christiane von Wahlert (Board Member of the Friedrich-Wilhelm-Murnau Foundation). You can find more information about the history of the association in our press release (German only)
